Seven Ways to Raise Your Frequency Now

Alisha Hawrylyszyn Frank shares how you can instantly raise your vibration throughout your day.

Self-responsibility is an empowering and thought-provoking understanding that gives each of us the choice to either lower or raise our own frequency through our actions or inactions. Frequency refers to a measurement at which vibration occurs. According to EnergicX USA – Research Development and Life Science, “The overall range of resonant frequencies of the human body was found to be from 62 to 68 Hz and is independent of mass, height and mass to height ratio.” Our body (just like the Universe) is 99.99% empty space and inside this space is intelligence and frequency. Thus, relying on your own free will and knowledge can determine the rise of your own vibration by engaging in life consciously.

Here are seven ways to raise your frequency now:

1. Meditate Daily

Meditation is the most effective technique to raise your vibrational frequency. Meditation is the practice to release all thought, which then leads to stillness of both the mind and emotions. Stillness provides inner peace, awareness, compassion, understanding and happiness. When we meditate we tap into our infinite nature of being – Christ consciousness. Christ consciousness is an awareness of the higher Self as part of an enlightened universal system. It is a state of mind; an understanding that there is a universal and omnipresent connecting force everywhere. By having a daily meditation practice you will raise your own frequency. Also, please note that there need not be any judgment when it comes to the amount of time one sits in stillness. Meditation is about the practice, commitment and energy invested and not the time.

2. Incorporate Organic Essential Oils into your Routine

Organic essential oils tend to have very high frequencies, which range from 52 Hz to 580 Hz. Some claim that essential oils have the highest frequency of any organic substance available. Idaho Blue Spruce has been measured up to 580 Hz and is currently the highest frequency essential oil known to humankind. Rose oil is typically cited as the highest frequency essential oil but its resonating frequency is measured on average at 320 Hz. Frankincense measures at 147 Hz, while Lavender measures at 118 Hz. Chamomile and Myrrh are measured at 105 Hz. A few other commonly used essential oils that measure just under 100 Hz are Sandalwood (98 Hz); Juniper (98 Hz); and Peppermint (78 Hz). By thoughtfully incorporating organic essential oils into your life through aromatherapy or topical use, it is possible to raise your frequency now.

3. Smile Often

When someone sincerely smiles at you, it can create an unspoken sense of community, connection and spiritual unity. This quick exchange of energy has the ability for one to feel seen and as if they are a part of something greater. Smiling, which sometimes leads to laughter, can uplift one’s mood and be one of the quickest ways to raise your frequency. Smiling at strangers on the street or even in the mirror before you leave your home environment can easily elevate one’s mood to a more positive and happy level. Try it and see!

4. Consume High Vibrational Foods

In 1992, Bruce Tainio of Tainio Technology, an independent division of Eastern State University in Cheney, Washington, built a frequency monitor to measure the average frequency of many things including food. According to Tainio, fresh foods (i.e. leafy greens, fruit, vegetables, etc.) and fresh herbs (i.e. cilantro, basil, rosemary, etc.) measure from 20 to 27 Hz. Both fresh food and herbs tend to have a higher frequency when grown organically and consumed relatively quickly after harvested. Dried foods (i.e. nuts, quinoa, rice, etc.) and dried herbs (in the form of spices) measure between 15 to 22 Hz. Lastly, processed and/or canned foods have a frequency of zero Hz (0 Hz). Feeding and nourishing your body with high vibrational foods can greatly impact not only your overall health but also your ability to raise your frequency. I tell most people that everything is spiritual. This includes our food.

5. Call Back Your Energy Daily

Albert Einstein’s theory of special relativity states that mass and energy are the same physical entity and can be changed into each other. In the equation, E = mc^2, the increased relativistic mass (m) of the body times the speed of light squared (c^2) is equal to the kinetic energy (E) of the body. Energy and matter are interchangeable and transferable. So, taking this understanding, it is reasonable to suggest that throughout our day we personally give our energy to situations, places, relationships, etc. At the end of the day it is our responsibility to recall that energy. This can be done in a simple and protective manner either internally or externally. For example, you could simply state:

“May the energy that I have shared complete its Purpose and be returned to me purified today and always.”

I highly suggest that you use your intuition to discover the most authentic way for you to call your energy back to the Self.

6. Speak Positive Words of Affirmations

While I encourage each of you to surround yourself with respectful, loving, and compassionate individuals I also feel that these are the qualities we must carry for ourselves. The most powerful place for positive words of affirmations is within the Self. The indigenous Lakota tribe has a teaching, “Thoughts are prayers. Words are prayers manifested.” We speak our reality into existence. Speaking kindly and patiently to the Self also allows for a sense of security within the Self.

7. Connect with Nature

When we take a moment to fully connect with Mother Earth we have the opportunity to experience the sweet sound of the birds, the tantalizing spirit of the wind, the warmth of the sun, and the grounding effect of the soil beneath our feet. The mind, body and spirit can be uplifted and full of joy by the simple embracement of this beautiful planet in the present moment.

These are some of the many examples to raise your frequency. However, they are not the only ways. It is important that you use your own intuition and discernment to determine what makes you feel like your best Self. Also, have the strength to readjust, evolve and shift your perspective for the better as you obtain knowledge and life experience. We are all on this planet to learn, become better and truly awaken to our Christ consciousness.

The Divine Energies

Natalia Santos shares a poem about leaning into Divine Masculine and Feminine energies.

Imaged Sourced from Canva

Divine Feminine, Divine Masculine

The essence of divine energies,

Allow yourself to feel the energies, allow yourself to be.

Do not tin the energetic energies. Do not judge them, let them be.

Explore and understand the flows and stillness of femininity.

Exercise and explore the actions of masculinity. Allow them to merge, grow together, blend and infuse.

Be the creator spirit that you desire to be.

Pour yourself that glass of tea,

Watch how it pours into your glass. The flow of the feminine. The cup of the masculine.

The watery trickle of imagination, daydreams, and creativity.

To the grounding of the cup which hits the root. Ravaging roots circling into the ground.

We watch in awe. As they work together.

No. 3: Wait, No Fireworks?

Leena Lemos reflects on her “forced” spiritual awakening and how shadow work changed everything.

The Spiritual Anthropologist is a raw, humorous, and inquisitive weekly column by Leena Lemos that explores the dance between the human experience and the spiritual being.

When I first began my journey, I spent almost four years trying to force a “spiritual awakening.” I wanted my spiritual gifts and I was done waiting for them. I visited all the crystal shops looking for the perfect stone to open my Third Eye. I listened to lightcode DNA activation binaural beats. I visited intuitive healer after intuitive healer, aching for someone to validate my spiritual existence.

Accurate portrayal of my conversations with spirit:

Leena sits in a lotus pose, surrounded by candles, crystals, and her latest oracle card pull. She huffs and puffs as she looks up to the ceiling.

I’m ready for my spiritual gifts, uniiiverrrseeeeeeeee!

She opens her arms wide as she waits for the light beam to strike.

K now. And now. Likeeeeeee now. Did you do it yet? Hello? Is this thing on?

The universe does not make a peep.

Alrighty, then. I guess ya busy or didn’t get the memo. It’s fine. Time to keep searching.

And I kept searching and pushing, but that spiritual activation, as I imagined, never came.

I thought my big spiritual upgrades would be accompanied by fireworks as my magic powers activated Captain Planet-style. I assumed my physiology would short circuit, causing a divine electrical surge to flow through my veins. I couldn’t wait to be that version of me, I always thought. That’s when I will truly be “spiritual.” That’s when everyone will finally see how worthy I am. That’s when all the hurt and pain will magically dissipate.

And then one day, I looked in the mirror and I didn’t recognize my own face. In trying to force a spiritual awakening I traveled even further from what I was actually searching for…self-love.

I was using my shallow form of spirituality to safeguard the young girl who built a Game of Thrones‘ size wall after high school trauma. I wanted outward recognition for the vibrant heart I kept hidden from the world. I wanted others to see my wise, cosmic, and claircognizant soul, so I could finally embody it in the “real world.”

I was ready to shine my light and was convinced it was only possible after a certain level of spiritual awareness.

After looking in that mirror, everything changed. When I turned inward, the painful truths and experiences that made me feel like I’m not enough began to bubble to the surface. I slowly began to accept that a complete universal makeover that is so divine it overpowers all of my wounds was just another escape from self-accountability.

I was caught in a limiting-belief paradigm that so many of us have fallen privvy to in the age of comparison culture on social media. And that’s the idea that there is a spiritual ladder to climb. That there is a pedestal that comes with a spiritual facade. That you are separate from your spiritual gifts. That you are separate from the universe.

I’ve worked through massive transformation this year. Massive loss. Massive burnout. Massive unlearning. Massive Healing. Massive Expansion.

Through doing the deep shadow work, I’ve seen first-hand the magic that happens when we alchemize parts of our soul that no longer serve us. It is not a gift we are given in lightning-beam form from the universe, but one we create sacred space for through our self-healing.

We are so capable. We are so powerful. We are the only ones who get to decide whether or not we grow. I’m still healing the remnants of shame that kept me from going inward sooner, but whether you call it ascension, raised consciousness, spiritual upgrades, awakening, the labels all agree on one thing: Our growth involves a perspective shift. But one you can’t see it until you’re on the otherside of it.

The truth is, most of the time, we have no idea this shift has happened until we’ve already unconsciously experienced it. But it’s the slow integration, when you are in complete universal flow, that is much more magnificent than Pomp and Circumstance.

The more I transform, the more peace I find in stillness. The more love I’m willing to give to myself and the world. The more joy I find in the present moment.

Our ego wants fireworks. It wants credibility. It wants recognition. Yet, our soul rising feels much more like a soft warm afternoon breeze. It’s light. Its fluid. It’s graceful.

I hope by sharing this reflection on my spiritual growth, you feel confident in just one thing: You are exactly where you need to be in this now moment. Celebrate it. Honor it. Send it love. Yet, don’t forget how entirely capable you are to make space for magic. The universe will not give you a pat on the back because you are already whole. You are already all that you’ve ever wanted to be.

Perhaps you just need to clean off your mirror to see it.
